The recipe's source hash could only be computed once the
1.3.1tag existed (#142 left it marked STALE). Verified with:Not part of the tag (a recipe cannot contain the hash of the tarball that contains it); only needed when publishing the conda package from the released tarball. CI builds the recipe from the checkout and is unaffected.
