Cuts the Unreleased section as 1.3.0: the PingOne provider; Test-, Repair- and Compare-TestEnvironment; one seed population with shared names, tiers and hash-sampled membership; one report shape, one credential record, one HTTP call; the Entra licence probe; parallel Authentik and batched FreeIPA seeding; and the Active Directory fixes the first 5.1 CI run and the live cycles found. Minor rather than major, deliberately: the report shapes changed, but the old Entra -Format and -Path still bind as aliases and every provider's -PassThru object is documented; the release notes say so plainly.

Cuts the Unreleased section as 1.3.0 with today's date, bumps
ModuleVersionto 1.3.0, and leads the manifest release notes with a 1.3.0 summary in the style of the 1.2.0 one.Nothing else changes. Once this merges, the release is
git tag v1.3.0 && git push origin v1.3.0; the workflow re-runs the gates, checks the tag against the manifest, and publishes. The version number is consumed permanently on first publish, so the tag is yours to push.Checked:
