A community-driven collection of Python code, exercises, mini-projects, tools, and useful examples for learning, practicing, and building with Python.
Whether you're a beginner learning your first Python program or an experienced developer who wants to share a useful project, everyone is welcome to contribute! ❤️
This repository is created to bring together Python projects from different developers in one place.
I started this repository to share my own projects under FaisalCodes, and I would love for other Python developers to contribute their own projects, exercises, scripts, and ideas as well.
The goal is simple:
Learn Python. Build projects. Share knowledge. Help others learn.
You can contribute almost anything useful related to Python, including:
- 🐍 Python beginner projects
- 🧩 Python exercises and practice problems
- 🎮 Games
- 🤖 Automation scripts
- 🌐 Web projects
- 📊 Data analysis projects
- 🤖 AI / Machine Learning projects
- 🛠️ Useful Python tools
- 🔐 Cybersecurity learning projects
- 📚 Python examples and tutorials
- 💡 Creative mini-projects
- And much more!
If it's useful for learning or practicing Python, feel free to contribute.
FaisalCodes is my personal collection of Python projects where I regularly add, improve, and update projects.
More projects will be added over time.
If you have your own project, you can also add it to this repository through a contribution!
Contributing is easy.
Create your own fork of this repository.
git clone https://github.com/faisalg1t/Python-Codes.git
cd Python-Codes
git checkout -b add-my-project
Create a folder for your project.
For example:
Python-Codes/
├── FaisalCodes/
│ └── ...
│
├── YourProject/
│ ├── README.md
│ ├── main.py
│ └── requirements.txt
│
└── README.md
Try to keep your project organized and include a small README.md explaining what your project does and how to run it.
git add .
git commit -m "Add my Python project"
git push origin add-my-project
Go to your fork on GitHub and create a Pull Request.
Describe your project briefly and explain what you added.
That's it! 🎉
Before submitting a Pull Request, please make sure:
- Your project is related to Python.
- Your code is understandable and reasonably organized.
- You include instructions for running the project when necessary.
- You don't upload passwords, API keys, tokens, or other secrets.
- You respect the licenses of third-party code and resources.
- Your contribution is your own work or properly credits the original source.
- Avoid unnecessary generated files such as
__pycache__.
A simple project can look like this:
MyPythonProject/
├── README.md
├── main.py
├── requirements.txt
└── ...
A good project README.md should ideally explain:
- What the project does
- Features
- Requirements
- How to install/run it
- Example usage
- Screenshots, if useful
- Credits or references, if applicable
This repository is for everyone interested in Python.
You don't need to be an expert to contribute. Beginners are welcome too!
Your first contribution could be:
- A simple calculator
- A Python exercise
- A small game
- An automation script
- A useful function
- A beginner tutorial
- A mini-project
Every contribution can help someone else learn. 💙
A big thank you to everyone who contributes to this project! ❤️
