LGTM
The new commit adds a sensible resilience fix for sandboxed CI environments and a routine tool version bump. The git config --add failure path correctly emits a diagnostic to stderr without aborting the lint. No correctness, security, or logic issues.
What this PR does
Updates limen from v0.0.8 to v0.0.9 (with corresponding checksum updates), makes the git config write in lint.just best-effort so sandboxed environments with a read-only .git/config don't fail the lint, and trims the README private-repo note.
