Senior software engineer building production systems around real operating workflows.
I architected and built a production ERP replacing SAP/Navision for refinery operations, and I build public software with traceable tests and release evidence. I am Mohamad Firdaus, based in Penang.

- For employers: ERP/MES, manufacturing systems, full-stack delivery, AI-enabled products and engineering standards.
- For small teams: One-Process Workflow Review — RM350. I review one business process, show where work repeats, waits or gets lost, and give you a written next step before a larger build.
- Work is copied too many times. I map the hand-offs between spreadsheets, WhatsApp, email and business systems.
- Nobody can see what is waiting. I turn hidden status, ownership and reporting gaps into a clear next step.
- A rebuild feels too risky. I review the current process first, define a small slice and leave written boundaries before build work begins.
- A team needs a useful internal tool. I can deliver a focused report, dashboard, hand-off, validation step or system connection around the real workflow.
Led delivery of a production ERP for refinery operations. Public details are intentionally anonymised; the evidence is in the workflow coverage, delivery ownership, support requirements and the decisions the system had to make visible.

A private knowledge system with 125,000+ documents and traceable search and review workflows. It demonstrates how I handle large information collections without pretending that a search result is automatically correct.
For small teams and operations teams, I review one real process and provide a workflow map, friction notes, a prioritised next slice and a follow-up review. Production implementation is quoted separately after the process is understood.
- Full-time software engineering roles in ERP, MES, manufacturing, automation and AI-enabled systems.
- Selected fixed-scope work for workflow, reporting and small internal fixes.
- Building public proof through privacy-safe case studies, synthetic data and honest verification.
CHRONO is free and will remain free. If the work is useful:
- Evidence before claims.
- Private client and employer details stay private.
- Tests, contracts, runbooks and supportability belong in the delivery.
- A project is not progress until it creates a real artifact, conversation, paid diagnostic or verified outcome.
