Problem and intended outcome

Operators need to understand how requests and background work move through FeatBit services when diagnosing an incident. Track the work to provide metrics, traces, and correlated structured logs across the API, Evaluation Server, and Control Plane.

Scope

The public implementation proposes opt-in OpenTelemetry export, cross-service trace context, and operational guidance. This item follows that proposed scope and the deployment requirements documented in the source PR.
