Code Review

This pull request updates the Next.js integration to support Next.js 15.5.24. Key changes include updating webpack layer constants and groups, defining MiddlewareManifestV2 locally to avoid external imports, and adding new properties (such as initialExpireSeconds, renderingMode, allowHeader, and image-related properties) to the codegen outputs and mock manifests. Additionally, validateLocales was updated to accept a readonly array. There are no review comments, so I have no feedback to provide.
