Neither flatpak run net.code_industry.MasterPDFEditor nor flatpak run --env=QT_QPA_PLATFORM=xcb net.code_industry.MasterPDFEditor shows any window on Fedora 44 / Cosmic Desktop even though the console output seems fine:
