Overhauls notifications to use Android’s Conversations API.
Notifications are per channel and per whisper sender. They show up to the 25 most recent notifications (android cap).
Uses the channel profile picture as the icon per channel, and each sender’s profile picture for individual messages.
Tapping a channel notification opens the channel. Tapping a whisper notification opens the whispers UI with that sender selected.
Notifications are cleared when the corresponding channel or the whispers sheet is visible.
