feat: add message tap actions

Adds the option to perform an action when tapping a message.

Available actions:

• Do nothing (default)
• Reply to message
• Mention user
• Whisper user
• Open user card
• Open message options
• Copy message
• Copy full message

Tapping usernames, links, emotes, etc. still works as before.

Intended as an alternative solution to #764 - I did not want to replace the swiping behaviour, but this offers a different way to quickly reply to a message with a tap instead.
