Adds options to bold and colour
@mentionsin chat. Both default to on.If DankChat has seen a user's Twitch colour, it is used for their
@username. Otherwise, the normal message text colour is used.Tapping or long-pressing one has the same behaviour as interacting with a message sender's username.
