• Wait for final hook delivery before conformance cleanup and allow HTTP shutdown grace plus ownership cleanup, fixing two test lifecycle races.
• Validation: mise run check:push passed, including 84 Chromium tests and Go race tests; five focused loading/recovery/Sync tests passed. Light/dark desktop and mobile checked; loading WCAG A/AA scans found zero violations, with no mobile overflow or reduced-motion animation.
