  • Behavior owners: collector streams discovery into four Git workers with bounded buffering; serverapp publishes completed checkouts serially, making each committed snapshot, ingestion event and MCP default available before the batch finishes.
  • Contracts: preserve checkout scope, atomic ingestion, isolated checkout failures and cancellation joins. The collection HTTP response still aggregates the complete batch; remote ingestion is unchanged.
  • Loading design: open available snapshots and render file previews individually while the header stays busy. Preserve the open review and offer newer stream heads through “Newer snapshot” / “View latest”. Intentional tradeoff: root selection ranks currently available heads instead of waiting for every checkout.
  • Regression coverage: early publication during discovery/collection, partial HTTP reads, navigation during collection, individual previews, failure recovery and worker cleanup. Replace the obsolete pre-start CLI rejection test with isolated workspace-input and empty-collection assertions that preserve stdin.
  • Validation: full pre-push mise run check:push passed, including mise run check, 88 browser tests, all Go race tests, generated-file checks and architecture/design guards.
  • UI evidence: inspected loaded diffs with background collection active at 1440×900 and 390×844; no page-wide loading overlay or horizontal overflow. Browser coverage checks light/dark themes, keyboard behavior and Pierre geometry.
