Add images for the nuts section. The fasteners design handbook page now includes an FRCDesignLib mention, TPI explanation, expanded bolt tables with tap/close-fit drill sizes and hex key info for imperial and metric, more detailed Loctite guidance (including polycarbonate caution and Vibra-Tite alternative), a new nuts image table, and expanded sections on tapping, rivets, and grip length. Also add the TPI glossary entry in both the markdown glossary and the glossary data file.

Expands the Fasteners page with several new sections covering rivets, tapping, and bolt retention. Adds a new glossary entry for TPI and rewrites the Bolt Retention section to cover the full Loctite color/strength range and polycarbonate compatibility.
