Fix: python313 invalid escape sequences

Fixes #68

Two SyntaxWarning issues on Python 3.13 caused by invalid escape sequences:

• source/ftrack_api/plugin.py: added r prefix to the discover docstring to suppress warnings for * and ** (RST
  markup for *args/**kwargs)
• source/ftrack_api/structure/standard.py: added r prefix to the re.sub regex pattern to suppress warning for \w

No functional changes.
