Docs + changelog for fullstackhero/dotnet-starter-kit#1390, which replaces MinIO with RustFS (
rustfs/rustfs:1.0.0) in the Aspire AppHost, docker-compose and the integration-test harness. MinIO images are no longer anonymously pullable (removed from Docker Hub; quay.io returns 401).rustfs/rustfs-init,RUSTFS_*env vars).npm run buildpasses. Merge together with #1390.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
