This PR refactors the �atch_file_rename.py script to use the modern pathlib library for more robust path handling. Additionally, it introduces a --dry-run flag to allow users to preview changes before they are applied, enhancing the utility's safety. It also adds basic conflict detection to prevent overwriting existing files.
