Publishes independently reviewed interim results for four completed CPU/fp32 arms (3,200 validated outputs), the immutable aggregate evidence, a runnable inspection command, remaining experiment ownership and exact scientific blockers. Corrects affirmative fleet claims and labels legacy narratives historical/unverified. The unchanged completed-arm analyzer was re-executed successfully and its output is byte-identical to the published snapshot; README command exits 0. Exact candidate review passed for 3c5453a. Research is NOT complete: three CPU specialist arms remain active; v2 HUMAN sandbox approval, independent style ratings and drift experiments remain open. Required CI is UNKNOWN: no Actions run exists for this commit, so the resident delivery gate has not authorized main integration.
