Migrates this module to pnpm and the shared reusable CI (
gethinode/.github@v1). Lockfile→pnpm, packageManager pinned, scripts+semantic-release→pnpm, supply-chain hardening (.npmrc + pnpm-workspace.yaml), CI→reusable callers. Gate: clean pnpm install + pnpm test + actionlint.
