Adds a caveat to the README: modules created from this template use gethinode's shared reusable CI (
gethinode/.github) and expect the gethinode org context (org secrets likeSEMANTIC_RELEASE_GIT). They're intended for the gethinode ecosystem; external authors should swap the callers for self-contained workflows. Per the reusable-CI-vs-scaffold decision.
