docs(cloudflare): Document Workers AI Jev tracing

Document Jev evaluation tracing through the Cloudflare Workers AI binding (env.AI.run("typesafe/jev", ...)). Calls whose input has state and questions now create gen_ai.evaluate spans with the same attributes as the TypeSafe integration. The new section covers a setup example, the data captured, and privacy controls. It follows the Vercel AI Jev section from #19692, and the TypeSafe page now links to it.

Shipped in Sentry JavaScript SDK 11.3.0 via getsentry/sentry-javascript#24833.

What changed

The Cloudflare Workers AI docs page now describes Jev evaluation tracing through env.AI.run. The TypeSafe integration page now links to that section. sentry-docs must deploy before this text is live.

Risk

Broken MDX can fail one page render or fail the whole docs build. The Workers AI page has almost no readers, so a silent render failure can hide. A client exception on the TypeSafe page would reach current readers.

Intended effect

This is a docs edit. No production metric shows that the new heading is present. absent cannot be told from telemetry. Page load volume is not proof that the new text shipped. Leave intended_effect unknown unless the live page shows the heading Trace Jev Evaluations.

Regression watch

Traces sample at 30 percent. Error events do not. Compare error counts to sampled page loads in the same window. Do not treat a raw page-load count as full traffic.

The Workers AI page is sidebar-hidden. A 24h page-load count of zero is normal. Use the 7d window for that page.
