Workers AI evaluate span support was added for Jev in #24833. Cloudflare documents Clef as Jev-API compatible and uses the same state + questions request shape, but the current Workers AI tracing test coverage exercises Jev.
Add an integration or end-to-end test using a Clef model call and verify the resulting evaluate span and its attributes.
