Detect the Cloudflare Nitro preset and inject channel subscribers so orchestrion works on workerd. Run orchestrion on the Cloudflare path, which has no `sentry.server.config` (behavior on Node is unchanged). Ref: #22764 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
