Adds the patched version 0.4.5 and the fix commit 27f84fc1 ("Add sandboxing to remediate CVE-2026-47253 and CVE-2026-50006"). The commit is in the tag 0.4.5 and not in 0.4.4 (git tag --contains). In 0.4.5 the read_* modules call CheckSource/CheckFileRead and AllowedDirs is empty by default, so local file reads are refused in server mode; 0.4.4 has no sandbox code. last_known_affected_version_range already said < 0.4.5 and the 0.4.5 release is already linked.
