The advisory currently lists
lmdeployversions through 0.12.3 as affected but does not record a patched version.Upstream PR #4511, "add explicit trust_remote_code controls to resolve the security issue", changes the affected code paths so that remote code execution through Hugging Face model repositories is no longer implicitly enabled and instead requires explicit
trust_remote_codeopt-in.The PR was merged as commit:
81be52961aa324fd5cd3cacebffba1ba051bc107The upstream
v0.13.0release contains this fix commit, and the tagged source explicitly identifies the package version as:__version__ = '0.13.0'Therefore the advisory should record
0.13.0as the patched version.I have also added the upstream fix PR, merge commit, v0.13.0 release, and tagged version source as supporting references.
