**Single finding:** The `Declarations` struct code example in `docs/extending.md` was missing the `agent_conditions` field — a field added to `src/compile/extensions/mod.rs` that lets extensions gate the Agent job by contributing typed condition clauses (used by `fold_agent_conditions` in `agentic_pipeline.rs`). All other documentation areas checked were accurate and up-to-date.
