SonarCloud: typescript:S6353 (filtered issues)

Resolves Sonar rule typescript:S6353 — Regular expression quantifiers and character classes should be used concisely (2 issues).

Replaced [0-9] with \d in gitea/auth.ts (port matcher) and keyboardShortcut.ts (function key matcher).

Lint, tsc, and the full test suite pass.
