GitHub's pull request list shows Review required while a PR still needs approval. In Gitify, no review pill appeared until someone had reviewed, so a PR waiting for review looked the same as one needing none.
reviewDecisionand stores it on the subject for open, non-draft PRs only (matching where GitHub shows it).ReviewsPillrenders a yellow eye pill with tooltipReview requiredwhenreviewDecisionisREVIEW_REQUIRED.
