LLM Platform Program

A program package for standing up an internal LLM platform: the brief, the reference architecture, the evaluation rubric, the phased rollout, and the risk register. Written as a TPM would scope and run it, from prototype sprawl to a governed, production platform.

The one-line case

Teams were each integrating LLMs directly, duplicating effort and creating ungoverned cost, safety, and quality risk. This program centralizes access behind a gateway with routing, guardrails, evaluation, and cost controls, so teams ship faster and safely.
