feat(app): show SBP-2 device metadata

Summary

This PR is stacked on pr/bus-reset-capture-alignment and surfaces SBP-2 metadata in the normal Device Discovery view.

Device Discovery UI

• Show SBP-2 device kind and storage classification
• Display unit-level management agent, LUN, characteristics, and fast-start fields
• Keep the UI change within the existing discovery surface

Why this PR

The app can expose useful SBP-2 discovery details without adding a separate debug surface. Keeping this as a focused UI slice lets reviewers evaluate the user-facing metadata independently from local diagnostics.

This PR intentionally does not include debug UI, diagnostic handlers, local scripts, install helpers, or documentation-only planning notes.
