Summary
Adds one row to Tools: disclosedby, a public, dated record of the subprocessor lists software companies publish under GDPR art. 28. It is reference data for third-party risk evidence rather than a policy engine: each row quotes the company's own page with the date it was read, changes between readings are derived, and every page is available as JSON and Markdown and through an MCP server.
