Replaces the 'if enabled' wording in SECURITY.md with the concrete GitHub advisory flow (Security tab → Report a vulnerability). No contact address was invented.
Owner action required: private vulnerability reporting is currently DISABLED on the repo (
gh api repos/grloper/Wraith/private-vulnerability-reporting→{"enabled":false}). Enable it in Settings → Code security, otherwise the link in this doc will not work; the doc has a fallback sentence meanwhile.CHANGELOG deliberately left as 'Unreleased': v0.2.0 has not been tagged/released, so a dated entry would be inaccurate. scripts/check_docs.py passes.
