Link Runtime Intelligence source traceability in reports

Summary

• add the Runtime Intelligence source traceability summary to the Lab report Review Path
• gate the new source traceability Review Path marker in report artifact and CI artifact checks
• document the reviewer path for optional AIGuard source provenance
