Dissolves the second Luce bridge file (Processing/Psychophysics/PsychophysicalChoice.lean, zero importers) and moves the then consumer-less ChoiceApproximations.lean (§1.G jnd semiorder + trace) into Studies/Luce1959.lean, per the single-paper anchoring rule.

  • Psychophysics: StevensScale.choiceProb_eq_pairwiseProb and choiceProb_le_iff replace the bridge's identity and its trace-costumed monotonicity; the two trivial jndL/jndI unfolding lemmas are dropped.
  • Studies/Luce1959: gains the §1.G section and the §2.B Weber-ratio lemma — verified against the book: the (π/(1−π))^(1/n) intensity ratio is Luce's own §2.B estimation equation, so it is genuine paper content, unlike the §1.G↔§2.F synthesis deleted in refactor(Core/Probability/Choice): dissolve SemiorderRanking bridge #1713.
