Conflitos resolvidos em CLAUDE.md, ci_invariants.sh, pubspecs/locks, app.dart (ACS e Paciente) e contrast_tokens_test.dart. Tokens *OnSurface do local migrados para context.acsRisk / context.patientRisk (tema claro e escuro).

Validação local: flutter test ACS 197/197 e Paciente 254/254, flutter analyze limpo, ci_invariants.sh (8 checks), e2e.sh --emulator verde nos dois apps.
