Description

The floating navigation pill on mobile devices currently has a transparent background. As a result, the page content behind the navigation can show through the pill, reducing the visibility and contrast of its controls.

This can make the navigation controls harder to distinguish from the underlying content and negatively affect the overall mobile user experience.
