fix(thread-chat): 使用私有 Luna 生成简洁标题

修改内容

• Thread 主线与分支标题统一通过 Private Relay 调用 GPT-5.6 Luna
• 标题输出上限调整为 36 tokens，并通过提示词要求更短、更易扫描
• 移除正式前端展示链路中的 JavaScript 标题截断，交由现有 CSS ellipsis 处理
• 删除不再使用的方舟标题模型常量

• 使用 Ego Browser 在本地选择 Private Relay · GPT-5.6 Luna，连续生成两条消息
• 自动标题成功生成：天空为什么是蓝色
