@holoscript/medical-plugin

DICOM medical imaging and surgical simulation for HoloScript — part of the HoloScript ecosystem.

npm version License: MIT

Load CT/MRI/PET DICOM data, run surgical planning workflows, build interactive anatomy models, and run procedural training simulations — all inside HoloScript scenes.

Installation

npm install @holoscript/medical-plugin
pip install pydicom numpy scikit-image

Supported Formats

DICOM (.dcm), NIfTI (.nii), NRRD. Modalities: CT, MRI, PET, X-Ray, Ultrasound.

Requirements

  • Node.js ≥18.0.0
  • Python ≥3.8
  • HoloScript ^3.1.0

Status

Experimental. Core DICOM visualization and surgical planning traits are implemented. Not a medical device; not for clinical use.
