The Crew FDP Calculator is a web-based aviation compliance tool developed by Pavishanth Jayaseelan under Hook Creations. It is designed to assist crew schedulers and aviation professionals in verifying Flight Duty Period compliance under SLCAP 4210 regulations issued by the Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka (CAASL).

Only the latest published version receives security updates. Older versions are considered unsupported.
As of the current release, this tool operates entirely client-side. No data entered into the calculator is transmitted to, collected by, or stored on any external server. All calculations run locally in the user's browser and are cleared upon page refresh.
⚠️ A backend and database are planned for a future version. This policy will be updated accordingly before that release. Users will be notified of any data handling changes prior to deployment.

This tool is being developed with plans to expand coverage beyond SLCAP 4210 to include flight duty regulations from multiple countries and airlines. Security and privacy standards will be reviewed and updated at each major version release to meet the requirements of a broader user base.
