New provider: Polytomic. Its one webhook surface is the Webhook destination
connection: a Model Sync POSTs batches of changed records to your URL. This PR is the
samples stage of the add-a-source pipeline. The earlier stages are:

No Hookdeck core source type exists yet; one is queued.

  • Body: one sync.records sample, a one-record batch. Please read this first. It is
    the request-sample body from
    webhooks-connections, read from
    its .md mirror, with one edit. The page follows the single record with a literal
    ... for further records, and I removed that array tail. The page's own
    Content-Length: 646 against 344 printed bytes shows the real delivery held more
    records. A one-record batch is still a shape Polytomic sends: batch size is
    configurable (default 100), and a final batch is often short. No value is invented and
    no object is emptied. The edit is recorded in the file's source.note.
  • Not included: the page's second, annotated copy of the body. Its metadata object
    contains only a # comment, so stripping it would leave {}, a value the docs never
    show. object.metadata is left out of the sample, matching the request sample. Its
    documented default is null.
  • fields keys are not a schema. email / last_login are the fields the docs'
    example sync selected. The note says so.
  • Headers: synthesized, content-type only ("Polytomic delivers its webhooks payloads
    as json only"). I left out three:
    • Authorization: Bearer <secret> is per connection;
    • Polytomic-Signature-Timestamp is per delivery;
    • there is no topic header, because the topic is carried in the body.
  • topic_identifier: event, a top-level body field, so requestReceiver.ts
    resolves it flat.
  • Version: latest. Polytomic has no webhook version scheme, and there was no
    existing entry to adopt.
  • Provenance: latest is marked sourced_via: docs, sourced_on: 2026-10-02. The
    file carries source.type: vendor-documentation.

Checklist:

  • There is no existing providers/polytomic and no scripts/polytomic harness, so no
    captures are displaced. Existing files changed: 0.
  • The files are byte-identical to the registry's samples-doc/providers/polytomic/, and
    re-running harvest_polytomic.py reproduces them unchanged.
  • yarn compile passes: 147 → 148 providers. yarn test: 14/14 passed.
  • Registry verify.py: FAIL (0).

Merge after hookdeck/webhook-registry#83. Its row now records this sample and the
payloads gap that remains (no multi-record delivery and no metadata on the wire;
resolve by capturing one real delivery).
