Bump the hotdata SDK dependency to 0.4.1 (refresh uv.lock). Includes the pending ruff lint/format cleanup.

Verified: full suite passes — 63 passed.

super nit: the lockfile records the root package at 0.1.2, but pyproject.toml is at 0.1.3 — the refresh left this field stale. A clean uv lock would sync it to 0.1.3. Harmless today (no CI uses --locked/--frozen and the editable install resolves from source), but worth correcting since the PR's intent is to refresh uv.lock. (not blocking)

Checked directly: both pyproject.toml and the uv.lock root package are at 0.1.2 (consistent) — this PR doesn't bump the package version, so there's no stale field to sync here. Leaving as-is.

Dependency bump + mechanical lint/format cleanup. The only logic change (sql_editor.py result-narrowing refactor) is behavior-preserving. No blocking issues. One super nit on the lockfile version field.
