- Founder of an early-stage startup: a real-time federated-learning layer that lets fleets of robots learn from each other without sending raw data to the cloud.
- Master's thesis: a platform where seven LLM agents run B2B marketing end to end with a built-in safety and governance layer. Beat a rule-based baseline by 89% in simulation, graded 5/5 and funded by a €20,000 research grant.
- Two years at Cowlar (Y Combinator W17): embedded and computer-vision systems on the factory floor, including a machine-vision fiber-aligner that took output from 15 to 120 units an hour.
- turtlebot4-people-avoidance: people-aware robot navigation with a Control Barrier Function safety filter (ROS 2).
- BloomOulu: trilingual platform for the Oulu Botanical Garden (live demo).
- SmartConveyor-ICS: distributed industrial control system (Raft, Kafka, Kubernetes).
- EyeAI: diabetic-retinopathy detection with deep learning and Grad-CAM.
