CI (contexts Julia 1.10 - ubuntu-latest, Julia 1.11 - ubuntu-latest, Julia 1.11 - macos-latest) is red on main and on #51. The causes are independent of each other.
On #51 only (ordering, clears by itself):ERROR: expected package QuantumCircuit [01a11d29] to be registered. #51 points nine deps at their re-minted UUIDv8 identities, and those land in julia-professional-registry only with the JPR re-registration PR. This one clears when that PR merges.
On main (pre-existing): run 37783284204 on 1d0fb8b3 fails with Unsatisfiable requirements detected for package Cliometrics [6c8e9c60] … restricted to versions 0.1 by Hyperpolymath — no versions left. A compat census against JPR origin/main 9e4dc83 finds four blockers. After the first is fixed, the resolver would stop on the next:
Cliometrics = "0.1", but JPR registers only 0.2.0.
SMTLib = "0.1", but JPR registers only 0.2.0. The re-mint registers 0.2.1.
InvestigativeJournalism (379a7c0a-…) is registered in JPR under the name InvestigativeJournalist, so the name/UUID pair does not resolve.
TradeUnionism (28827ff7-…) is not in JPR at all.
Separately, this package's own uuid = "a0b1c2d3-e4f5-6a7b-8c9d-0e1f2a3b4c5d" is a patterned placeholder.
Acceptance criteria
Cliometrics and SMTLib compat admit a registered version (for example "0.2"), and the code is checked against the 0.2 API.
The InvestigativeJournalism dep resolves: either the JPR entry is renamed to match the package, or the dep follows the registered name.
TradeUnionism is registered in JPR, or removed from [deps]/[compat].
Pkg.instantiate() succeeds in CI on Julia 1.10 and 1.11. The CI job is the control.
(separate decision) This package's own placeholder UUID is re-minted as v8 under D320. That needs an owner ruling because it is unregistered.

fix(deps): point nine JPR deps at their re-minted v8 UUIDs (#51)
