Adds a section to the Category Folders page in both languages describing how to hide single categories for an object type.
Covered: the eye icon in the category folder configuration, where a hidden category disappears (category tree of the object, overview page, list edit selection), that hiding applies to the selected object type only, and that hiding is not a permission because the data stays accessible through the API, reports and exports.
Two screenshots were added, one for the action and one for the result.
Draft: the version number in the text is still the placeholder XX and needs to be replaced once the release version for this feature is fixed.
