v0.2.1 이후 semantic feature, paths·search·deps·schema 명령, rules baseline, 문서 필터, semantic 캐시가 추가됐고 무시되던 플래그를 거부하도록 동작이 바뀌었다. 0.x semver에서 기능 추가·동작 변경은 마이너 bump라 0.2.2가 아니라 0.3.0이다. Cargo.lock은 자기 패키지 버전 한 줄만 바뀌었다(ra_ap·salsa 핀 불변). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
