Prepare OpenHomeB 2.0.3 so downloadable Linux packages include the rustls security fix merged in #7. Align the package, manifest, HTTP user agent, release helper, and existing contract tests at 2.0.3; add release notes and update the changelog and validation record.
Validation: formatting, 13 Rust tests, Clippy with warnings denied, JavaScript syntax/property-inspector tests, and 22 Python tests passed. Cargo audit reports no vulnerabilities and the existing allowed warning for inactive optional chacha20 0.10.1. Live OpenDeck/Homebridge interaction was not retested.
After merge, the v2.0.3 tag will run the existing release workflow to build both Linux architectures and publish the universal plugin and source archives.
