- Task 1 done — multi-replica failover + 4 PDBs + topology spread + eviction test
- Task 2 done — preStop + zero-error rolling restart + CONCURRENTLY migration + expand-and-contract sketch
- Bonus Task done — expand-and-contract executed live (3 migrations + 2 deploys, zero 5xx)
