## ara-diac-small-int8static-2.1 — the gated static-int8 artifact SHIPS (2026-09-30)

The TODO.impl/11 positive branch, released. Composition B (dynamic-int8
encoder + static-int8 decoder, calibrated QUInt8 activations, head fp32),
built from the verified release fp32 bytes (the volume staging copy had
torn; repaired from the release asset) with the full WO03 gate stack run
locally on the banked 2,480-reference:

Zero confident-position flips — the cleanest margin report any artifact
has produced. Published as release tag `ara-diac-small-int8static-2.1`
(id variant rides the slug; canonical asset
`ara-diac-small-int8static-2.1-int8.zip`), indexed on **index-v6**,
runtime shipped in **npm 5.5.1** (registry pin + tests), golden fixture
on golden-v1, site dep bumped, tag-protection rulesets active on both
repos. The CPU-speed tier of the static recipe is now shippable
infrastructure.
