(20 clips, 161s) labeled by the universal phoneme CTC at **RTF 0.113
on l4x1 = ~$0.28 per audio-hour**. A 1,000-2,000-hour ReNikud-style
labeling campaign costs $300-600 of ASR compute — trivial with credits.
The open gate is stage 2: forced-alignment viability (ASR phoneme
stream vs espeak-style reference of our plane-restored text). No full
campaign without an owner decision — but the cost excuse is gone.
