[bug]: Unable to scroll in wildcard popup-list #9971
Unable to scroll through the wildcard popup-list that opens when typing "__" in a positive prompt
What you expected to happen
I expected the wildcard popup-list to be scrollable
How to reproduce the problem
Add a significant amount of wildcard-lists (not sure if there's a specific amount of wildcards that triggers this problem)
Enter a positive prompt and type __ to open the wildcard list popup
Attempt to scroll through the list with the mouse-wheel, note that the list disappears
Open the wildcard list again
Attempt to scroll through the list with the scrollbar, note that the list disappears
Open the wildcard list again
Attempt to navigate through the list with the up and down arrow-keys. Note that when you reach the end of the visible wildcards the list disappears for a moment, re-opens and your selected entry is reset to the first entry in the list
Suggestions are dismissed on scroll and resize so the anchor does not stay put after the prompt moves. Scrolls inside popover content were already skipped, but this list is a separate surface, so a scroll on the list or on an option inside it was treated as the field leaving the viewport and the list closed.
The suggestion list element is marked with data-prompt-trigger-autocomplete.
